Returns Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • Items are unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • Items are returned in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact

 

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Items showing signs of wear, use, alteration, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.

 

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

 

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please place a new order after your return is approved.
